Dr. Isreal Moses IV

Dr. Isreal Moses IV is a lifelong educator and servant leader who joined NorthStar Public Schools in January 2021, bringing more than 20 years of experience in educational leadership and school administration. Throughout his career, Dr. Moses has been committed to creating equitable opportunities for students, developing strong educators, and building school communities where students can thrive.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Moses founded MFAM Capital & Consulting LLC, a firm focused on public speaking, professional development, and staff development, with an emphasis on the social-emotional dimensions of education and leadership. His work reflects his belief that strong relationships, personal growth, and effective leadership are essential to student success.

Dr. Moses earned a Bachelor of Science from North Dakota State University, a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Hamline University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. He continues to pursue opportunities to serve and strengthen the broader community.

Dr. Moses is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. and has volunteered with organizations including Big Brothers Big Sisters and the March of Dimes.Dr. Moses and his wife, Kyra, are proud parents of three children.
